Ben is an Executive Director in Morgan Stanley's Mergers and Acquisitions Department. Since joining the Department, Ben has worked on a wide range of transactions in a variety of industries, including work with GE, Unilever, IBM, Morgan Stanley, First Data, and Guidant. Ben is also captain of Morgan Stanley's investment banking Wharton recruiting team.

Ben received a BS in Economics (cum laude) and an MBA with Honors from the Wharton School. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Ben worked at Dillon, Read & Co. Inc., a boutique investment bank, and at Saunders, Karp & Megrue, Stamford, CT.-based private equity fund.
