Bob Hotz is a Senior Managing Director, Co-Chairman of Houlihan Lokey, Global Co-Head of Corporate Finance and a member of the Board of Directors and Operating Committee of Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin.

Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey in 2002, he was Senior Vice Chairman of UBS and Head of Corporate Finance for the Americas.

Bob joined a predecessor firm to UBS, Dillon, Read & Co. Inc. in 1991 as the Co-Head of the Corporate Finance Department and a member of the Firm's Operating Committee and Board of Directors.

Prior to joining Dillon Read, Bob was Head of the Corporate Finance Department at Smith Barney (since 1982) and a member of that firm's executive committee and Board of Directors where he worked for 22 years. Mr. Hotz serves on the Board of Directors of two public companies, Universal Health Services, Inc. and PepBoys. Previously he served on the Board of Directors of Mikasa, Inc. and MedImmune, Inc. both public companies which were acquired. Bob is a graduate of Rutgers University and received his MBA from Cornell University.
